HOW DOES IT WORK?
All our party packages are designed to be hassle free. On the day of your event we deliver, set up and style, check if everything is in order and leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration. We return to collect the next day. Easy as that!
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?
Each sleepover station is approximately 75''(L)X44''(W) and we can arrange the tents in many different configurations, depending or your space. Keep in mind that we also need additional space for the guests to easily access their tents.
If you'd like, we can visit your space prior to the event to plan the best arrangement for the tents (extra fee).
Also, all furniture must be removed prior to our arrival.
IS IT JUST FOR KIDS?
Not at all! We have experiences for adults, families, boys and girls of all ages. Our events are tailored to your needs and we ensure everything is age appropriate.
HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?
Please contact us as soon as you know the date of your party! To reserve your date we request a security deposit It can be to cover for any eventual damage and will be returned to your account up to 48 hours after we have collected the rented package.
HOW ARE THE PARTY ITEMS CLEANED WHEN THE EVENT IS OVER?
We guarantee that cleanliness and sanitation is a priority! So all tents, rugs, pillows, cushions and air mattresses are sanitized and spot cleaned after each party. The blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each use.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes, delivery is free of charge within our 20-mile range. For longer distances, we charge $2.50/extra mile. If that’s the case, we request that you contact us via email and we’ll do whatever we can to make your event happen!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY DATE?
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your event. A change of dates is based on availability. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 30 days of your event date.
CAN THE GUESTS EAT AND/OR DRINK IN THEIR TENTS?
We recommend that guests use the tray table or picnic table if included, for drinks (tumblers with lid are preferred), snacks and breakfast. Please make sure that all food and drinks in the tent area will not cause any staining or damage to the linens. If anything needs to be replaced, you will be liable to pay the replacement costs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER/SET UP AND PICK UP?
The average delivery and set up time is 1-2 hours and pick up takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Keep in mind that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the number of stations and add-ons, like picnic or spa table, balloon garland, etc.
